Hi just wanted to thank Paul and all staff members for a fire restoration that required extensive exterior repairs along with interior cleaning and repairs.We had several different sub contractors on site .We did have a few issues with some of the repairs.But Paul was always quick to make sure any complaints about anything that needed fixed were fixed to our total satisfaction.Paul truly cares about you and your house being properly restored and handled this claim with compassion and made sure that the insurance company restored the house to pre loss condition.Paul would always answer phone or call you back the same day.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. R&F was hired by our insurer following a garage fire that was a total loss. They were wonderful in response to cleanup and getting the site remediated.

Delays with our insurer coupled with some instances of just having bad subcontractors complicated our project quite a bit and led to a great deal of frustration and a year with boarded up kitchen and bedroom windows… but thankfully the owner Rick got the project done and done properly and it’ll last.

The tradesmen that came directly from R&F were great! Neat, tidy and polite and worked around both my grooming salon schedule and kennel of dogs. They were very accommodating. Unfortunately they were often frustrated by subcontractors having ordered the wrong windows several times.

On the whole I would absolutely recommend R&F for any work that you need done, but I would pay special attention to any sub trades being brought on site. Some are great, others aren’t. Thankfully Rick and his team always stepped up and fixed whatever was needed without any issue. Communication with the office was great and easiest by email.

After a catastrophic flood severely damaged both the main floor and basement of our home, we turned to R&F Construction DKI in Oro Medonte for remediation and restoration. The basement required a full gut, and the main floor sustained significant damage as well.

The remediation team was fast and efficient, swiftly cleaning up the mess and starting the drying process. Their prompt action minimized further damage, and we greatly appreciated how responsive and supportive they were during such a stressful time. They consistently answered our questions and guided us through every step of the process. In fact, we had a vacation planned the weekend after the flood, and they managed the situation so smoothly that we didn’t have to cancel our trip, which was a huge relief.

When it came to restoration, the team did an excellent job. They restored our basement to its original condition and worked with us on upgrading and renovating our kitchen. Their technical expertise and attention to detail were impressive, and the quality of workmanship was top-notch.

The crews were always skilled, knowledgeable, and helpful. The on-site personnel were friendly, approachable, and willing to explain everything and offer options when needed. Every subcontractor they brought in was professional, punctual, and great to work with.

Considering the complexities of insurance claims and potential delays, the project timeline was actually very reasonable. We’ve heard plenty of horror stories about long waits, but thankfully this wasn’t the case for us.

Overall, we’re extremely satisfied with the results and would highly recommend R&F Construction DKI in Oro Medonte for any restoration or construction project.
